ABOUT THE TEAM & HOW WE WORK: Our SDR team is the engine behind Miter’s pipeline growth — and we’re scaling it fast. As an Inbound SDR, you’ll be the first to connect with contractors who raise their hand to learn more about Miter, responding fast and turning that interest into qualified pipeline. You’ll work hand in hand with Marketing and Account Executives to make sure no opportunity slips through the cracks. This is a high-impact seat with plenty of room to get creative. You’ll help sharpen our qualifying and follow-up motions, tie prospect pain to the right Miter modules, and shape a repeatable inbound playbook as the product evolves — working alongside sales, marketing, and leadership to test new ideas and accelerate revenue growth. As the first point of contact for many of our future customers, you’ll set the tone for strong, lasting relationships and help contractors see the value of modern, industry-leading tools. For roles that are listed as hybrid, our approach is 3 days a week in the office giving us the chance to connect, brainstorm, and build stronger relationships. If you live within a reasonable commute to either our New York City or San Francisco offices, we ask that you work in our hybrid approach. Otherwise, for roles listed as remote or in other cities where we don't have an office location, there is no requirement to work in our hybrid approach.
