THE ROLE We continue to grow our Sales team in Munich and are hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support the rapid expansion of the Ideals VDR business unit across the Corporate segment in Germany. Ideals ranks in the top 10% of all companies on RepVue, as rated by sales professionals. Backed by a top-tier product, supportive leadership, and a proven global go-to-market playbook, you will focus on driving new customer adoption in the DACH region, targeting key decision-makers in Corporate Development, Legal, M&A, Strategy, and C-Suite, where secure, high-stakes deal-making and collaboration are critical. This is your opportunity to: * Represent a market-leading VDR product trusted by 300,000+ companies worldwide * Pioneer our DACH corporate growth while fast-tracking your tech-sales career through dedicated mentorship and enablement * Work hybrid out of Munich in a high-performing, global team of 500+ people across 30+ countries The role is mostly remote, with weekly (once per week) meet-ups in our co-working space in Munich. Tech stack we use: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Aircall. Please apply with an English version of your CV. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Execute B2B account mapping, cold calling, and multi-channel outreach across targeted Corporate accounts in Germany, logging all activities in the CRM * Conduct detailed account research and prospect profiling before initial contact * Qualify potential leads and schedule product demos for the Key Accounts / Account Executive team * Proactively communicate, build rapport, and drive ongoing engagement with strategic prospects * Gather key insights and prospect feedback to guide potential buyers through the qualification framework * Assist with local corporate and M&A event coordination and share relevant industry content with key contacts WHAT YOU BRING * 0.5–7 years of experience in a B2B environment — we welcome recent graduates and career-changers with strong backgrounds outside of sales * Confidence picking up the phone, writing sharp emails, and running LinkedIn outreach to book qualified meetings for our Account Executives * An interest in sales methodology and a natural ability to build rapport quickly * High AI fluency and a fast learning curve — you pick up new tools and adapt your approach based on feedback * Native-level German and strong business English (C1+), spoken and written NICE TO HAVE * Familiarity with key players and market trends in the finance industry * Experience communicating with the C-suite * Experience in the SaaS industry OUR ASSESSMENT PROCESS * Screening call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 mins) * Role Play and Hiring Manager interview (60 mins) * Competency-based interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (45-60 mins) WHAT WE OFFER We highly value our people, so we will empower you with all the resources and support to help you reach your full potential.
