BUILD A REAL CAREER This isn't a dead-end sales job. Our SDRs are developed into future Account Executives and sales leaders through ongoing coaching and hands-on experience. EVERY DAY IS DIFFERENT One day you'll be meeting local business owners, another day you'll be prospecting new opportunities, presenting solutions, or closing your first deal. WHAT YOU'LL DO: BUILD RELATIONSHIPS * Prospect new customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and local business outreach. * Connect with business owners and decision-makers to understand their challenges. * Identify opportunities where Dempsey can improve a customer's image, safety, and operational efficiency. GROW THE BUSINESS * Present Dempsey's uniform and linen rental solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. * Manage the sales process from initial conversation through signed agreement for designated accounts. * Partner with senior Account Executives on larger opportunities while learning from experienced professionals.
