We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director at our RX Destroyer office within Daniels Health. They will be responsible for driving business growth on a national scale while working with distributors and direct healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, local, state and federal agencies. The Sales Director plays a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expanding its market presence on a national level. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop and implement a comprehensive national business development strategy aligned with the overall goals and objectives of RX Destroyer. * Develop sales representatives got to market skills and approaches. * Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends. * Analyze competitors and market conditions to stay ahead of industry changes. * Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers. * Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions * Set and achieve sales targets for the national market and individual sales team members. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. * Negotiate and close high-value deals. * Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into the national business development activities. * Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to the strategy.Manage Sale pipeline and lead activation. QUALIFICATIONS: Proven track record of success in a business development role Proven track record managing sales teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinking and planning abilities. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
