You’ll lead a group of Account Executives, mentoring them to hit—and exceed—revenue targets. Your day-to-day includes developing talent, improving call quality, and turning sales processes into scalable systems. This is a strategic role that puts leadership first and closes second. Responsibilities * Lead and coach a team of quota-carrying Account Executives * Improve call and deal execution using platforms like Gong.io * Forecast, track, and analyze sales performance in Salesforce/HubSpot * Build and optimize sales processes to drive efficiency and revenue * Partner with Marketing to sharpen GTM alignment * Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and development of sales talent What You Bring * 6+ years in enterprise SaaS sales; 2+ years leading quota-carrying reps * Proven ability to coach teams to meet or exceed goals * Strong command of sales performance tools (Gong.io, HubSpot, Salesforce) * Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills * Availability to work Eastern Time Zone hours Bonus Points * Experience in high-growth or early-stage startups * Background in marketing analytics, ad tech, or B2B SaaS We connect top talent with vetted employers, competitive pay, and real growth opportunities.
