Our diverse portfolio of solutions includes: * Integrated Services and Bridge Managed Solutions * Cybersecurity Solutions * Connectivity Solutions * Digital Solutions  Job Purpose The Sales Manager –TM Synergia & Digital Ecosystem owns the commercial success of TM Synergia and the broader Tototheo digital ecosystem — connectivity, cyber, compliance, and fleet intelligence — in the market. Where the platform has previously been sold as a set of adjacent modules across a general sales team, this role exists to sell it as one coherent story: a vessel digital infrastructure platform, not a menu of point products. It is a cross-functional role connecting Product, Technical, and Commercial teams around a single, defensible sales narrative — ensuring customers experience the ecosystem the way Tototheo now positions it internally. Main Duties and Responsibilities TM Synergia & ecosystem sales * Own end-to-end sales of TM Synergia and the wider Tototheo ecosystem, from lead qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close * Build and manage a pipeline across cargo, tanker, and offshore/energy fleet operators, ship managers, and owners * Shape and sell bundled commercial offers (e.g. connectivity + cyber + Synergia) rather than single-product deals, in line with Tototheo's platform positioning Customer & market engagement * Translate platform capabilities into clear commercial value for technical and commercial buyers * Represent Tototheo at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings across Greece/Cyprus and internationally as needed * Build trusted relationships with senior buyers, including owners, DPAs, and technical superintendents Cross-functional collaboration * Partner with Product and Technical teams to shape ecosystem bundles and support deal structuring * Act as the commercial voice back into product discussions, feeding customer and market feedback into the roadmap * Work with Leadership to keep the ecosystem sales motion aligned with wider commercial strategy Commercial process & reporting * Report on pipeline, forecast, and win/loss insight to the Head of Maritime Ecosystem Innovation and Leadership Team * Own the sales process and materials (demos, proposals, pricing input) specific to TM Synergia and the ecosystem * Act as the connector ensuring ecosystem sales stay aligned with strategic priorities Qualifications & experience * Proven experience selling SaaS or platform products in a B2B/enterprise environment * Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles end to end * Maritime background or working knowledge strongly preferred (shipping, ship management, maritime tech, or satcom) * Background in a scaling or international organization preferred * Based in Greece or Cyprus, or willing to be there regularly — most customers are in the region Skills & attributes * Comfortable selling a multi-layered ecosystem rather than a single point product * Strong at translating technical capability into commercial value for non-technical and technical buyers alike * Self-starter — this is the first dedicated hire for a newly created commercial mandate * Collaborative, building trust across Leadership, Product, and Commercial teams * Practical operator, equally comfortable running a boardroom pitch and a hands-on demo Key relationships * Head of Maritime Ecosystem Innovation — primary reporting line and strategic alignment on commercial priorities * Co-CEOs and Leadership Team — commercial strategy alignment and deal visibility * Product & Technical teams — joint ownership of ecosystem bundling and solution design * Customers — ship owners, managers, DPAs, and technical superintendents Benefits: And here are just some of the benefits you receive when you join Tototheo Global: * Work in an international, dynamic, and fun environment, at a growing company * Attractive remuneration package * Private Medical Health Insurance * Continuing education and training * 13th salary (for Cyprus) * Half day leave on your birthday * Wellness Support – Unlimited access to our dedicated wellness platform for mental health resources, coaching and self-care tools Looking for a role that offers both challenge and purpose? Join a global industry leader where your work truly makes an impact.
