BrightStar Care is seeking a full-time, driven, and relationship-focused Sales & Marketing Specialist to lead growth across Santa Barbara County and Santa Ynez Territories. This role combines hands-on field engagement and marketing coordination, with a focus on building strong referral partnerships, and driving consistent growth in admissions across both home care and home health services.
