THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Consultative Staffing Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the bridge between healthcare facilities and our network of skilled nursing professionals. This is not about transactions — it’s about understanding client needs, building trust, and providing tailored staffing solutions that genuinely solve workforce challenges.
