This role focuses on lead speed, qualification discipline, and demo readiness, ensuring Sales calendars are filled with sales-ready prospects, not unqualified or premature leads. The position supports Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Enablement teams through strong CRM discipline and consistent lead-handling standards. This role does not carry a sales quota or commission. Position Summary The Sales Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing qualified opportunities through the sales process—from discovery and demos to objection handling and closing. This role plays a key part in converting interest into signed agreements by delivering consultative sales conversations, building trust with prospects, and maintaining strong pipeline momentum. The ideal candidate is confident in leading sales calls, conducting compelling demos, and guiding prospects toward a decision while ensuring a professional and seamless client experience. Core Responsibilities 1. Sales Demo Ownership * Lead discovery calls and sales demos with prospective clients * Present ABS services clearly and confidently based on client needs * Customize conversations and walkthroughs to align with the prospect’s goals, challenges, and operational needs * Ensure prospects fully understand the value, process, and expected outcomes of working with ABS 2. Deal Progression & Closing * Manage sales opportunities from demo stage through signed agreement * Handle objections professionally and confidently to help prospects move forward * Follow up consistently and strategically with warm leads and active opportunities * Create urgency while maintaining a consultative and client-centered sales approach * Drive opportunities toward close while maintaining strong client relationships 3. Pipeline & CRM Management * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in GHL or designated CRM * Track all prospect interactions, follow-ups, deal stages, and next steps * Ensure pipeline visibility and deal accuracy at all times * Maintain strong follow-up discipline to support consistent conversion performance 4. Revenue Performance Execution * Meet or exceed individual monthly sales targets * Maintain strong conversion rates from demo to signed agreement * Contribute to overall team revenue goals by consistently progressing qualified opportunities * Support revenue growth through disciplined outreach, follow-up, and closing execution 5. Client Experience & Sales Communication * Deliver a high-quality and professional experience throughout the sales journey * Build trust and rapport with prospective clients through clear and effective communication * Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Ensure prospects feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the decision-making process 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate closely with: * Sales Manager – deal strategy, coaching, and performance support * Sales Assistant Manager – sales coordination, follow-up execution, and pipeline support * Sales Enablement and Qualification Specialist – lead qualification, CRM alignment, and process support * Marketing & Lead Generation – lead quality and campaign feedback * Operations / Onboarding Team – transition of signed clients into implementation This is an urgent hiring need.
