SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE The Sales Support role ensures that all customer needs are promptly addressed in a courteous and professional manner. Will assist staff with all aspects of the ordering process including order entry, order placement, order fulfillment, product information and scheduling. Acts as a liaison between production, customers and/or sales personnel to provide availability and scheduling information. The Sales Support Specialist role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process, contributing to customer satisfaction and overall business success.
