RESPONSIBILITIES * Administer and maintain the Salesforce Sales Cloud environment. * Configure and optimize Salesforce to support business processes. * Build and maintain automations using Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools. * Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings. * Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business stakeholders. * Perform data imports, data quality maintenance, and deduplication activities. * Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support. * Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. * Support Salesforce releases, testing, and change management activities. * Document configurations, processes, and best practices. REQUIREMENTS: * Salesforce Certified Administrator certification. * +6 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. * Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud. * Strong experience designing and maintaining automations using Salesforce Flow. * Experience with reports, dashboards, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts, record types, and permission management. * Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model and data management. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal. NICE-TO-HAVE: * Data & Analytics: Experience with Business Intelligence BI and reporting tools, such as QuickSight, Microsoft Power BI, or similar platforms. * System Integrations: Proven track record of integrating Salesforce with Stripe and other subscription-based applications.
