School-Based Mental Health Therapist – (LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, LMFT) No Weekends | No On-Call | Full-Time | Year-Round Location: Pine River Schools | LeRoy, Michigan Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Family Health Care is seeking a School-Based Mental Health Therapist to join our Expanding, Enhancing Emotional Health (E3) Program at Pine River  Middle/High School in LeRoy, Michigan. This role offers a unique opportunity to practice with a high degree of autonomy while remaining connected to Family Health Care's Behavioral Health team for consultation, support, and professional development. The E3 therapist is an active and visible member of the school community, building relationships that help increase access to behavioral health services for students and families. This full-time, year-round position provides mental health services to children and adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. As a Family Health Care Behavioral Health provider within the school, you will deliver assessments, intervention, treatment planning, referral, and follow-up services while collaborating with students, families, school staff, and community partners.
