Qualifications and Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree English, English as an Additional Language or Linguistics * Teaching License, Qualification or Credential * Masters degree in English (desired, but negotiable) * Experience in teaching linguistic studies (desired, but negotiable)  Key Skills: * Demonstrate understanding of recent educational trends and best practices, including relevant curriculum and learning and assessment theory * Experience designing personalized and differentiated learning experiences for students * Effective classroom management techniques * Commitment to positive communication with all stakeholders * Ability to work within a team environment * Excellent interpersonal, communication, critical thinking and analytical skills * Ability to contribute to a positive school environment for students, staff and the overall community * Passion for excellent education * Willingness to learn Responsibilities: * Teach courses assigned by the secondary principal * Carry out all assigned duties with professionalism * Teach and serve in a broad range of responsibilities as requested by administration * Communicate timely and professionally with parents as needed, discussing student performance and writing annual reports * Maintain personal teaching certifications * Participate in ongoing professional development Benefits: At Bingham, all of our expatriate staff serve as missionary volunteers (raising their own funds).
