The school provides quality Christian education within a diverse, multicultural community and equips students of integrity to influence the world for God's glory.  YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT: * Inspire and Disciple: Model Christlikeness in every interaction with students, parents, and colleagues * Academic Excellence: Teach Physics following the Cambridge curriculum, fostering critical thinking and love for literacy * Holistic Growth: Integrate a Christian philosophy of education into lesson planning and classroom management * Global Influence: Cultivate an environment that prepares students to lead with integrity in their communities and globally * Create a meaningful and lasting impact on students and the wider community KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design and deliver engaging, student centered Science/Physics lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum and the school's educational goals.  * Prepare schemes of work, learning resources and assessments that monitor academic progress and support character development. * Differentiate instruction to respond to varied learning needs, language backgrounds and levels of readiness. * Provide timely, constructive feedback and maintain accurate records of student attainment and progress.  * Create a safe, inclusive and supportive classroom and manage it in a consistent, restorative and Christ-centered manner. * Collaborate with colleagues, communicate with parents and contribute to meetings, professional development, chapel and wider school activities. * Teach courses assigned by the secondary principal. * Carry out all assigned duties with professionalism. * Teach and serve in a broad range of responsibilities as requested by administration. * Maintain personal teaching certifications. Appointment is subject to satisfactory references, identity and qualification verification, background checks, and completion of the school's safer recruitment requirements.  QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: * Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Science, Education, or related field * Teaching Certification/License * Experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE and/or A-Level Physics or Coordinated Science  (desired, but negotiable)  VOLUNTEER SUPPORT: At Bingham, all of our expatriate staff serve as missionary volunteers (raising their own funds).
