As a Seller Activation Intern (Onboarding & Seller Support), you'll be at the heart of our growth strategy, transforming thousands of potential sellers into thriving Back Market partners. You'll master the art of business prioritization, relationship building, and data-driven decision making while gaining hands-on experience in one of Europe's fastest-growing tech companies. This isn't just about processing applications – you'll be identifying high-potential business opportunities, strategically prioritizing sellers based on market potential, and directly impacting our marketplace expansion across Europe and the United States. At the same time, you'll play a hands-on role in improving how we work — collaborating with cross-functional teams to spot inefficiencies in our seller activation processes and helping design better, more scalable solutions.
