We need great people who will bring their imagination, skills and most importantly, their passion to our business.    About the role  Based out of our Dalston Roastery, this role offers the chance to foster relationships with our growing customer base to ensure they are set up for success.  As a senior member of our Account Management team, you'll immerse yourself in our industry leading coffee offering and wholesale support and play a part in coaching our team.  You will be our brand ambassador out on the front line, ensuring our customers receive the very best service from Allpress. Everything you do will be aligned with the growth and retention of our current customer base and building upon our meaningful relationships. A typical day might find you;    * Out on the road connecting with our café customers across the South of the UK.  * Managing and growing relationships with key wholesale customers, taking a proactive and long-term approach to customer retention, satisfaction and commercial success. * Preparing and monitoring sales analysis of customer performance and offering insight as well as proactive solutions for commercial success.  * Responsible for the onboarding process of new customers. * Supporting the launch of new products and campaigns, identifying opportunities for growth with our existing customer base and reporting on success. * Acting as a leader; coaching and supporting the Account Management team by sharing insights, tools and best practice to support long term customer retention. * Working closely with our Business Development, Customer Experience, Training and Technical teams to deliver the best customer service and to ensure our customers are set up for success. * Collaborating with the Customer Experience and Finance teams to review and analyse aged debt, ensuring timely identification of overdue accounts and implementing appropriate actions in line with company credit control procedures.    About you    You could an Account Manager looking to get into the coffee industry or someone with an extensive coffee background looking to support customers and grow business. To nail this role, you’ll hold:    * Natural relationship building background while experience in delivering excellent customer experiences and strong problem-solving skills  * Impeccable organisational skills, able to prioritise tasks and have good time management capability  * A minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales or Account Management * Strong administrative capabilities with confidence using a CRM system and keeping information accurate and up to date. * A valid driver’s license would be beneficial but not essential  * Comfortable with regional travel   * Strong financial acumen – be good with numbers and know your way around a spreadsheet or two!  * A background in coffee would be ideal (working knowledge of machinery, barista skills, cafe operations etc)  * Passionate about hospitality, community and helping businesses succeed.     Details:  Hours: 5 days per week around 40 hours per week  Days: Monday to Friday  Salary: £40,000 - £44,000  Travel: Occasional travel is required  Probation period: 3 months   Reporting to: Head of Account Management UK  Experience: A love for hospitality, experience in coffee is required with an understanding of Account Management or Sales.        By becoming part of Allpress we offer our team:    * Full role specific training  * An employee assistance programme supporting your mental health  * Good work life balance  * 33 days of annual leave  * Enhanced parental leave  * London Living wage employer  * Fully paid access to gympass  * Gender affirmation leave  * Vast career development  * A transparent and friendly company culture    If you're a friendly, professional and sincere team player who really relishes the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service - we'd love to hear from you.  At Allpress we are proud to promote diversity and flexible working.
