Trusted by leading carriers, our products drive sustainability and cost savings in the transportation industry POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Senior Accountant to oversee our day-to-day financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting. In this comprehensive role, you will take full ownership of our core accounting cycles including general ledger maintenance, month-end close, manufacturing inventory reconciliation, and cash flow management while providing crucial oversight to our international AR/AP deliverables. The ideal candidate brings 5 to 8 years of progressive accounting experience, thrives in an independent yet collaborative environment, and possesses the strong GAAP compliance background necessary to support our budgeting, tax, and audit processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES . Accounts Receivable * Customer follow-up and AR management * Payment application and bank transaction matching Accounts Payable * Review spending compliance and approvals * Maintain cash flow and AP payment schedule. * Set up payments in banking system.
