If this sounds like a good fit for you, check out boomi.com  or visit our Boomi Careers page to learn more.   How You'll Make an Impact Reporting within the Cyber Security Engineering job family, you will be a hands-on security practitioner responsible for the day-to-day operation, administration, and continuous improvement of Boomi's security program. You will serve as a trusted partner to engineering, IT, and compliance teams  owning security tooling across the enterprise, responding to threats, and ensuring that our security posture keeps pace with a dynamic cloud environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on breadth, is comfortable context-switching across multiple security domains, and takes pride in keeping systems running cleanly and compliantly. What You'll Do * Administer and maintain security platforms across multiple domains, including endpoint protection, vulnerability management, identity, network security, and logging/monitoring adapting to new tools as the environment evolves. * Support continuous monitoring activities to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory frameworks such as SOC 2, FedRAMP, and ISO. * Respond to security incidents and alerts, including participation in on-call rotations and after-hours escalations as needed. * Conduct access reviews, enforce least-privilege principles, and support identity lifecycle management across enterprise systems. * Contribute to the development and maintenance of security runbooks, standard operating procedures, and internal documentation. * Act as a cross-functional resource for engineering, IT, and product teams — fielding security questions, supporting integrations, and participating in architecture and change reviews. * Identify opportunities to automate repetitive security tasks and improve operational efficiency across the team. The Experience You Bring * 6+ years of experience in Information Technology, with 3+ years in a security-focused role. * Demonstrated experience administering and operating security platforms across two or more domains (e.g., endpoint, identity, network, vulnerability management, or logging/SIEM). * Experience supporting compliance programs and contributing to audit evidence collection (e.g., SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO). * Ability to troubleshoot across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Strong cross-functional communication skills, comfortable working with engineering, IT, and legal stakeholders. Preferred Education * Bachelor's Degree in a technical field, or equivalent work experience. * Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM or equivalent certifications. Bonus Points If You Have * Responsible for operating and maturing a broad portfolio of proactive security programs. * Incident response experience, including after-hours on-call participation. * Interest in or exposure to cloud security posture management and emerging security domains (e.g., AI security). * The ideal candidate is self-directed, technically exceptional, and thrives working autonomously on complex, high-impact problems across cloud, application, and identity security domains. Location US Remote COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS  Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our corporate headquarters in Conshohocken, PA ranges from $130K-$162K. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
