Come join us! ABOUT THE TEAM: The Revenue Operations team at AlphaSense drives productivity and improves efficiency for our account executives, account managers and sales development reps. We create and implement operational reporting & analytics, improve processes, and enable strategic initiatives that impact the revenue organization. ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a Senior Analyst within the Revenue Operations team to develop key enabling tools, streamline processes and create actionable reporting throughout the revenue organization. In this role, your responsibilities would include data analysis, reporting, sales process optimization and providing recommendations to the business on where to focus and drive impact. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Optimize our existing Sales Operations processes to ensure scalability and fit for our international revenue organization * Partner with International Sales Leaders to drive business planning through data-driven analysis and actionable insights, and support the execution of the revenue strategy. * Own the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process, including working with leaders to create and refine templates and prioritize Asks of the Business coming out of QBR meetings from both leaders and individual contributors * Evaluate, refine and identify areas of opportunity across our technology stack, processes and workflows that will enhance productivity * Explore and implement new revenue tools that are specific to international needs * Build international territories in partnership with on the ground leadership * Partner with our Insights and BI teams to dive deep within data and ensure teams are following processes to collect the right data and insights * Create and support on regular cadence of business reporting needs and SFDC dashboards * Anticipate the needs of scaling the International Revenue organization and be proactive in delivering the tools, processes, strategy and analytics that are needed * Act as a strategic thought partner to regional Sales leadership on initiatives relating to Revenue Operations including territory design, sales processes and go-to-market execution WHO YOU ARE: * At least 3-4 years of experience working with an international revenue organization and playing a key role in driving productivity for Sales Operations * Operations professional with a passion for driving productivity, improving processes and using new technology to drive revenue at a high growth B2B SaaS company * Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence, align and work with teams based in the US * Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and fun environment * An ability to think strategically, act tactically and write effectively * A creative problem solver that identifies new and innovative ways to drive sales productivity * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights * Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail * Experience with the B2B sales process and the tools it takes to succeed AlphaSense is an equal-opportunity employer.
