We're looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our Data Operations team to own the reliability, release, and customer-facing correctness of Antenna's core data products. This role will sit at the intersection of Product, Data Science, and Engineering, and makes judgment calls that materially affect customer trust and business decisions. Antenna is a remote-first company, and we are looking for candidates who can work during US business hours. Preferably, you should be based in a US time zone (Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific). You will report to our VP, Data Operations.  What You’ll Do * Partner with our Commercial team to understand how our customers use Antenna data to inform critical business decisions — and design and build data solutions that let them do that with zero friction * Manage the end-to-end data product release, prioritizing tasks and project-managing cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, reliable, and on-time delivery of data to all internal and external stakeholders * Develop and deploy strategic product improvements that maximize both data quality and business impact * Build and optimize systems to proactively monitor data quality at each stage of the pipeline. Perform root-cause analyses, find scalable solutions, and propose improvements to methodology and pipeline capabilities Who You Are * Strategic thinker with 6+ years of hands-on experience in data-focused roles * Expert in SQL, DBT (or similar), Excel, and business intelligence tools (e.g. Looker, Redash), comfortable navigating complex ETL systems and messy data. * Expert use of AI to streamline data workflows and elevate data product reliability — without adding QA overhead * Proven ability to organize, analyze and vet large volumes of data with great attention to detail * Comfortable making defensible judgment calls in gray areas: you can tell a genuine data-quality issue from a real signal in the data, use hypothesis testing to rule out sources of discrepancy, and run root-cause investigations that stop the problem from recurring * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate technical concepts and align Data Ops initiatives with customer-centric objectives * Passionate about solving customer problems * Self-starter with the ability to carry multiple initiatives, prioritize time and resources, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment * Experience mentoring or supervising teammates and upholding best practices in data operations Antenna’s Benefits * Work from anywhere during US business hours * Competitive compensation, including participation in Antenna equity program * Mentorship from experienced executives * Opportunity to grow and impact a rapidly growing start up  * Travel to In-person team off-sites (visa-permitting) ABOUT ANTENNA Antenna is the leading provider of data and analytics for the U.S. Subscription Economy.
