THE ROLE: The Sr. Associate, Account Based Marketing (ABM) will be a key driver in expanding our upmarket motion into Large Enterprise (LE) and Strategic segments. Reporting to the Senior Manager, ABM, you will be responsible for scaling our reach by using intent data to identify, engage, and convert in-market buyers. This is a high-impact role focused on turning account and contact signals into actionable sales plays and ensuring our upmarket campaigns drive consistent and measurable pipeline growth. You will serve as the air traffic control for our intent engine, routing high-value signals to the appropriate account owners while supporting the execution of 1:Many campaigns. If this opportunity excites you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all of the qualifications.   HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: * Run the Always-On ABM Engine: Manage intent-based plays through Common Room to identify and engage in-market accounts in real-time. * Connect Intent to Pipeline: Directly support the growth of new upmarket pipeline by ensuring buying signals are translated into immediate action and measurable revenue impact. * Route Signals to the Right Owners: Monitor buying signals and orchestrate notifications when assigned accounts show meaningful activity, ensuring no opportunity is missed. * Support Campaign Execution at Scale: Provide critical execution support to build and launch larger 1:few Industry campaigns to broaden our market coverage. * Maintain ABM Systems & Reporting: Collaborate closely with Marketing Ops and Rev Ops to manage segmentation, automation, and tracking to ensure full visibility into ABM and intent data performance.   SKILLS REQUIRED: * Account Based Marketing fundamentals * Project management skills * Content Marketing basics * Account Research * Sales Collaboration * Data Analysis & Reporting basics * Strong Communication & Collaboration   WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience * 3-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on ABM or demand generation * Highly organized, data-driven and detail oriented * Strong understanding of ABM principles and best practices. * Experience executing digital media campaigns * Familiarity with Marketing Automation and CRM technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team   WHAT WE OFFER: * Exceptional health, vision, and dental care * Opportunity for equity ownership * Life and AD&D, short- and long-term disability * Employee Assistance Program * Employee Resource Groups * Fun company outings and events * Unlimited PTO * 401K with company match   High-performing cultures aren't built in silos, they thrive on partnership.
