The opportunity We are looking for an experienced senior associate with eight or more years’ PQE to join our Auckland corporate team, working alongside Nick Bragg and Sarah McEwan. This is an opportunity to take a leading role in complex, high-value M&A and capital markets transactions for major New Zealand and international clients. The role will focus on private and public M&A, including takeovers and schemes of arrangement, together with equity and debt capital markets transactions.
