Reports To: Supervisors, Managers, Directors, Partners Responsibilities * Participating in and assuming in-charge responsibilities for audits, reviews and compilations * Experience supervising less experienced staff * Directly corresponding and communicating with the clients * Due date responsibilities Areas of Concentration * Enhance efficiency and effectiveness on engagements during planning * Developing technical knowledge to perform in-charge responsibilities * Researches and proposes resolution to technical A&A matters * Assisting to develop additional services for current clients * Developing contacts through networking and community involvement and maintaining contacts for referral use * Assisting with firm recruiting efforts as needed Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university * CPA license preferred * 2 years public accounting experience * Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook * Critical thinking skills * Effective leader of team members * Strong organization skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize, while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail * Excellent written and oral communication skills
