WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON HERE: * Lead end-to-end brand design projects, from exploration to final polish * Collaborate with Heads of Design and Marketing on strategy * Create compelling visuals that resonate with developers * Build and maintain our brand guidelines * Express ideas through high-fidelity mockups in Figma, Paper, Replit, or design tools of choice WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: * 4+ years of brand and creative design experience in SaaS / tech companies * Strong portfolio showcasing identity systems and campaigns * You keep user experience central to your design thinking, balancing the “why” and “how” * Your attention to detail and craftsmanship creates seamless, intuitive design * You understand how design decisions interconnect, ensuring cohesive experiences * You make informed decisions and stay steps ahead * You combine design passion with business acumen and strong relationships * Expert in Figma, Paper, Replit, or design tools of choice * Experience with digital-first brands and developer tools * Understanding of design systems and visual hierarchy * Nice to have: Motion design capabilities COMPANY BENEFITS: * Competitive compensation and equity * 20 days paid time off every year * 401k * $420/month wellness stipend * 100% coverage for Health, dental, vision * Free Ubers to and from work * Free lunch and dinners * Annual team offsite (previously went to Alaska, Hawaii)
