JOB TITLE Senior Business Development Representative (Hybrid Outbound & Inbound) LOCATION Remote TIME ZONE US Time Zones (EST–PST) ROLE OVERVIEW We’re seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to drive pipeline growth through a hybrid of high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. This is a hands-on, quota-carrying role requiring comfort with outbound calling at scale, strong discovery skills, and full ownership of the BDR motion. Candidates with prior closing experience are strongly preferred. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Execute high-volume outbound outreach via cold calls, email, and social channels * Qualify inbound leads and convert interest into sales-ready opportunities * Lead discovery conversations to assess prospect needs, pain points, and fit * Generate and schedule qualified meetings and product demos for Sales * Maintain accurate CRM records for activities, leads, and outcomes * Follow established sales processes, messaging, and qualification frameworks * Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and meeting targets REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * 3+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or sales development roles (B2B, B2C, or both) * Proven comfort with high-volume outbound calling and multi-channel prospecting * Prior remote work experience, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies — non-negotiable * Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar * Strong communication skills, resilience, and a results-driven mindset PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Prior experience closing deals or carrying a full sales quota * Background in high-velocity or transactional sales environments * Experience qualifying both inbound and outbound leads end-to-end TOOLS & TECHNOLOGY * Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms * Dialers and sales engagement tools * Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace PLEASE NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
