We're looking for an experienced Senior Contract Specialist to join our growing commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute professional to take ownership of high-value customer and supplier contracts, support strategic business initiatives, and influence commercial outcomes across a dynamic international business. This role will be based at our Kintore and Turriff offices, with travel between both locations required. What you'll be doing * Leading the negotiation, drafting, review, and execution of complex commercial agreements. * Advising senior stakeholders on contractual risk, governance, and commercial strategy. * Managing customer and supplier contracts, including Framework Agreements and Master Service Agreements. * Supporting business development, tendering, project delivery, and operational teams. * Driving best practice in contract management and commercial governance. * Contributing to dispute avoidance, claims management, and commercial performance improvement initiatives. What we're looking for * Extensive experience in a Senior Contract Specialist, Commercial Manager, Contracts Manager, or similar position. * Demonstrated success negotiating complex contracts and achieving strong commercial outcomes. * Strong understanding of commercial, legal, and contractual principles. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. * Experience operating within international commercial environments. Desirable * Degree qualification in a commercial, legal, or business-related discipline. * Experience within Energy, Offshore Wind, Oil & Gas, Marine, Subsea, Defence, or related sectors.
