Reporting to the General Counsel, this role is central to the company’s commercial operations and growth. The Senior Counsel will independently manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, including enterprise SaaS, API/data licensing, and strategic partnerships, working closely with the sales team to drive deals from negotiation to signature. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values direct collaboration with revenue teams, and views contracting as a business enabler.
