Reporting to the Director of Leads & Prospects in New York, you will be a part of the strategy team, supporting global marketing leadership, shaping how HelloFresh Group engages, nurtures, and converts prospective customers across 17 markets and six brands. You will be responsible for conceptualization, alignment and managing implementation of global lifecycle journeys for leads and prospects across all communication channels. Working within a distributed, international team across multiple time zones, you will play a key role in aligning strategy and execution globally. Additionally, as we are focusing on personalization of customer experience, you will collaborate with international colleagues on localization of our communications. YOU WILL... * Lifecycle Journeys & Campaigns Ownership: Defining and implementing the end-to-end lifecycle campaigns within CRM strategy for leads and prospects across different channels (from first touch to conversion). Alongside applying the data-driven segmentation, personalisation, and lifecycle frameworks, leveraging AI as well as dynamic content to drive engagement, conversion, and pipeline quality across international markets. * Running Omnichannel Campaigns: Orchestrate all communication channels within lifecycle campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, in-app), defining best practices to drive engagement, and contribute to meeting overall team goals. * Continuous Improvement of Lifecycle Journeys: Partnering with Brand and Creative teams to bring and continuously improve high-quality, consistent, and locally adaptable CRM communications. Run content and design AB tests and optimizations in our customer journeys. * Global Stakeholder Partnership: For allocated local markets, you will be serving as the CRM partner to global marketing teams, implementing aligned strategy, providing performance insights, and aligning on tactics to achieve the goals. Additionally, responsible for cross-functional collaboration across Analytics, CRM Operations, Product, Pricing, and Brand teams for assigned topics. You have... * 5+ years experience in CRM, lifecycle, or digital marketing, and ideally in prospect/lead nurture programs (lead capture, nurture flows, behavioral triggers, and conversion optimization). * Proven mobile channel expertise, including hands-on experience with email, SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, or in-app messaging campaigns. * Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g. Iterable, Adobe, Braze, Bloomreach), data tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau, Databricks), and CDP tools for segmentation, personalization, machine learning, and reporting. * Strong analytical skills and a data driven mindset with confidence in building/interpreting performance reports, extracting customer-insights, and decision making. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (in English), a globally collaborative approach and familiarity with generative AI in marketing contexts.
