It offers a dynamic and welcoming environment where our employees can connect and network with a large community of tech professionals.   THE ROLE This is an exciting role for a skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will focus on experimentation, measurement, and delivering actionable insights to optimize performance and enhance business outcomes. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Design, execute, and optimize experiments across paid marketing channels, leveraging data-driven methodologies to increase ROAS. * Continuously refine experimentation frameworks to identify growth opportunities and enhance performance. * Proactively identify opportunities to automate reporting processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort. * Integrate and analyse data from diverse internal and external sources to uncover acquisition, retention, and optimization opportunities for paid marketing channels. * Provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness. * Effectively communicate insights, analyses, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, from marketing teams to senior leadership. * Build and implement statistical models to forecast demand, measure sales incrementality, and assess the impact of key marketing initiatives. * Leverage advanced analytical techniques to enhance decision-making and drive strategy. * Stay updated on industry trends, new analytical tools, and marketing technologies. * Apply this knowledge to improve existing processes, adopt innovative solutions, and maintain a competitive edge WHO ARE YOU * A professional with 3+ years of experience in a data role, preferably in an internet company; * Strong analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success; * Expert in SQL. BigQuery experience is a plus; * Familiar with data visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics, Data Studio, PowerBI or Microstrategy; * Degree educated.
