Join us and shape the future of care. We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer for our Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineering team. As a Senior Developer, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining all things IAM, including authentication, authorization, and identity. You'll contribute directly to the systems powering sign-up, login, SSO integrations, and our OAuth flows. You’ll work closely with your teammates, engineering leads, product, and security stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions. WHAT YOU'LL DO: * Collaborate with your pod — a small, focused team of full-stack engineers — to build and maintain IAM capabilities * Contribute to backend and frontend codebases with an eye toward reliability, scalability, and security * Participate in technical design discussions and help break down projects into clear, actionable tasks * Identify and suggest improvements to our authentication and authorization flows * Help support the maintenance and uptime of IAM systems, including investigating and resolving production issues * Work closely with product, security, and legal stakeholders to ensure compliance and integrity of user data and access * Stay informed on evolving security practices, frameworks, and technologies WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: * A collaborative mindset and a willingness to share knowledge and ideas with teammates * Passion for IAM and security — you care about protecting users and understanding the threat landscape * Experience with authentication protocols, SSO (SAML, OAuth), RBAC, and MFA * 5+ years of professional software development experience * Hands-on experience with modern web development — we use Ruby on Rails, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, GraphQL, and Apollo * A commitment to writing clean, maintainable code and fostering strong engineering practices WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU: * Generous PTO and competitive pay * Fullscript’s RRSP match program for financial health * Flexible benefits package and workplace wellness program * Training budget and company-wide learning initiatives * Discount on Fullscript catalog of products * Ability to work Wherever You Work Well* *Our Wherever You Work Well philosophy means Fullscript teammates get to pick their own office — whether that’s in-office, at home, or a bit of both 🐶🏡 Compensation range The salary range for this role is between $125,000 and $165,000 CAD. Fullscript shares salary ranges to support transparency and help candidates make informed decisions. The range shown reflects base salary only. Additional incentives, perks, and benefits may be available as part of Fullscript’s total rewards package. Final base salary depends on experience, skills, and location.
