This role is ideal for a hands-on, data-driven marketer who is passionate about driving sustainable growth through performance marketing.   Join us and be part of Lalamove’s exciting journey in Turkey! 💛 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Plan, execute and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and other digital platforms. * Manage campaign budgets while achieving KPIs such as Leads, Customer Acquisition, CPL and CPA. * Analyse campaign and customer data to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions. * Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for internal stakeholders. * Continuously optimise campaigns through performance monitoring, A/B testing and experimentation. * Explore new acquisition channels, marketing opportunities and growth initiatives. * Build customer-focused acquisition journeys and improve conversion performance. * Manage influencer agencies and UGC/KOL campaigns aligned with acquisition objectives. * Collaborate closely with creative, product and cross-functional teams to deliver effective campaigns. * Take ownership of projects while contributing to a full-funnel marketing approach across paid media, SEO, content and CRM. QUALIFICATIONS * 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing. * Professional proficiency in English. * Experience in app marketing and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs). * Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads and other paid advertising platforms. * Knowledge of SEM, PPC, remarketing, conversion optimisation and digital marketing funnels. * Experience using AI tools to improve campaign performance, reporting and automation. * Experience managing agencies and external partners. * Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, content marketing and A/B testing * Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting and turning insights into actions. * Self-motivated, proactive and collaborative, with the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
