This role is ideal for experienced field leaders who thrive in fast-paced, high-profile construction environments and are passionate about developing teams, driving productivity, and delivering exceptional results. Key Responsibilities * Lead and direct all field personnel assigned to electrical construction projects * Manage day-to-day field operations for mission critical/data center projects * Coordinate manpower, production schedules, materials, tooling, and equipment * Ensure compliance with NEC requirements, project specifications, and company standards * Drive project safety performance and enforce company safety policies * Conduct field planning, scheduling, reporting, and daily coordination meetings * Support project productivity, quality control, and budget goals * Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, and customers * Mentor foremen, electricians, and field leadership teams * Support fabrication and prefabrication opportunities to improve efficiency * Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and field communication Preferred Experience & Qualifications * 6+ years of electrical construction experience * Prior Superintendent or Foreman leadership experience preferred * Strong experience in: * Mission Critical Construction * Data Centers * Commercial Electrical Construction * Industrial Electrical Construction * Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) * OSHA 30 Certification preferred * CPR and First Aid training preferred * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills * Ability to manage fast-paced, complex construction projects * Experience coordinating large field teams and multiple trades * Proficient with construction technology, documentation, and reporting systems Travel & Relocation Opportunities Ace Electric is currently hiring for: * Dedicated Travel Teams supporting mission critical projects * Local teams in: * Columbus, OH * Greater Atlanta Area Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.
