In this role you will build scalable, high-performance enterprise software. What you’ll do… * Design, develop, and maintain core components in a distributed storage platform. * Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews. * Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. * Debug complex production issues and improve system performance. * Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews. * Drive innovation while maintaining product quality and reliability. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and customer-centric solutions. Who you are… * Bachelor's degree required. * 4 or more years of software development experience * Strong experience in C++ Object oriented programming. * Good understanding of Linux and Windows internals, including process, memory, storage, and networking concepts. * Hands-on experience with debugging and troubleshooting tools such as gdb, WinDbg, ProcMon, Wireshark, tcpdump, or similar. * Proven experience with crash dump analysis, memory leaks, handle leaks, deadlocks, race conditions, and performance tuning. * Strong experience working with systems involving micro-services & service architecture, client-server architecture, and distributed systems. * Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Design, and Design Patterns. * Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and software development best practices. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with a strong sense of ownership. * Security and SaaS experience strongly preferred.
