You have hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ across both implementation and managed services, supporting business-as-usual (BAU) operations while delivering enhancements that maximise the platform's capabilities. You will report to the Engagement Lead. RESPONSIBILITIES * Collaborate with teams to Identify project requirements * Develop technical documentation for SailPoint IIQ implementations * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SailPoint IIQ * Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards * Provide L2/L3 production support for SailPoint IdentityIQ environments. * Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, including P1/P2 issues, within agreed. * Support IAM operations, including provisioning, identity refreshes, aggregations, certifications, access requests, and application onboarding. * Participate in after-hours/on-Call Support and weekend support activities for a global customer environment.
