Exceptional Senior-Associate Compensation Our Senior Associates receive total compensation equal to 49.3% to 54.3% of their billed-and-collected fees. Put differently, our Senior Associates historically average more than 48% of all fees they bill in total compensation—even after accounting for amounts that are not ultimately collected. This is not hypothetical or aspirational compensation. It is our established compensation model.
