Role Overview We’re hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to scale our direct-to-consumer (DTC) business by acquiring new customers — and specifically new subscribers — profitably, at or below our target customer acquisition cost (CAC). This is the core of the role: bring in high-quality subscribers at a CAC that works against their lifetime value, and then scale that engine without breaking the economics.
