It is what we strive for as a business and what we expect for our employees and customers.   ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer,you will be a cornerstone of the Internal IT team, a technical anchor to our Head of IT Operations. We are seeking a technically strong and hands-on professional, with at least 5 years’ experience in this role, who is passionate about modernising enterprise IT environments. This is a newly created, high impact role where you will be comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day infrastructure, lead on complex technical projects, driving cloud adoption, working closely with key stakeholders and the Cyber Security. You will help embed secure-by-design principles, support operational excellence, and identify opportunities for continual improvement. You will also mentor and guide our IT team members, acting as the senior escalation point for complex issues, sharing technical expertise, promoting best practice, and driving innovation across infrastructure technologies to support the organisation's long-term growth and transformation objectives. You will report to our Head of IT Operations to support Autocab with our key business objectives to achieve the following:  * Delivery and maintenance of Cloud Migration of Windows On-Premise Infrastructure (Domain, DNS, Radius) * Modernisation of our entire Network Infrastructure * Delivery of Autopilot v2, Autopatch and other Microsoft offerings within Entra ID and Intune and Microsoft 365. * Implement and support all Microsoft E5 new features – Intune Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM), Microsoft Cloud PKI, Enterprise Application Management and Intune Remote Help * Deliver “Best-in-Class” IT Service. JOB REQUIREMENTS * Lead the migration of all on-premise infrastructure to cloud-based services, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with business objectives * Lead the network modernisation project, migrations, replacing hardware, introducing Meraki Access Manager and FortiClient EMS. * Act as the Technical Owner for all core infrastructure including the departing on premise domain, Entra ID and the Autocab office network. * Design, implement, and support modern endpoint management solutions including Windows Autopilot v2, Microsoft Autopatch, Intune, Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM), Cloud PKI, Enterprise Application Management, and Intune Remote Help * Own and optimise our Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online and SharePoint Online instances * Partner with the Head of IT Operations to define infrastructure roadmaps, evaluate emerging technologies, and deliver strategic projects that support Autocab's growth and transformation objectives * Serve as the Senior Technical escalation point for complex incidents and problems, providing leadership and guidance during troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities * Deputise in the absence of Head of IT Operations and our IT Support Technician * Support of Windows, MacOS, Android and iOS devices * Improve and automate our core IT processes such as JML * Improve our end user experience, identifying opportunities for improvement * Improve our reporting within Entra ID and Intune, on user and device related matters * Lead on the Business’ BCP IT related tasks – Improve backup and recovery solutions, perform simulations and produce reports documenting success * Develop and maintain on our “Document Everything” policy, with technical documentation, standards, procedures, and architecture diagrams to support operational excellence and knowledge retention   QUALIFICATIONS We’d love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below: * Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline * Microsoft Certification in at least one of the following – Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate * Fortinet NSE 4/ Fortinet Certified Professional * Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Professional (CCNP) * Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist * CompTIA Network+ * Cyber Essentials Assessor or Practioner experience WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU CORE WORKING HOURS * 9am - 5pm, Monday – Friday * Hybrid working model – our collab days are Wednesdays, Thursdays and alternate Tuesdays BENEFITS From day one: * 25 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays) per annum * Company pension scheme with Royal London * Life Assurance - 24/7 life cover, 2x your basic salary * Bonusly reward and recognition platform * Monthly Uber Eats vouchers * Free breakfast on office days * 24/7 confidential Employee Assistance Programme * Access to Help@Hand which provides virtual GP, physio and mental health support services * Office social area, which includes pool, foosball, and table tennis tables   After passing probation: * Medical insurance with Vitality * L&D Scheme to offer further qualifications, courses and training * Work from Anywhere scheme: Up to 4 weeks available per annum to work from anywhere in the world * Enhanced leave policies including family leave and sickness leave   ABOUT OUR VALUES We have five core values which we live and breathe by.
