It makes a difference!  What you will do * Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot; * Contribute to the evolution of microservices architecture, ensuring performance, resilience, and maintainability; * Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and integrations across distributed systems; * Improve system observability, monitoring, and logging; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business needs; * Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives; * Follow engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, and automation; * Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud-native environments; * Support containerized applications using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.   We are looking for people with: * University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Solid backend development experience with Java; * Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices; * Experience developing and scaling high-throughput and distributed applications; * Experience with application monitoring and observability tools such as New Relic, Datadog, or similar platforms; * Experience with DevOps and cloud-native tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, or similar technologies; * Experience working in Agile environments; * Strong fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem solving; * Hands-on experience with Spring Framework technologies such as Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring MVC; * Knowledge of design patterns, software architecture, and development best practices; * Experience with software testing concepts, including unit, integration, regression, stress, and test automation; * Intermediate English communication skills, both written and spoken.   Who should apply?  * You´re passionate about software development and knows how to ensure its quality; * You´re motivated by building up world class solutions that impacts millions of users all over the world; * You´re creative when solving problems and is continuously seeking improvements for processes and solutions; * You can communicate clearly with your team and the company to identify issues and demands; * You have the autonomy to recognize the current and new priorities, evaluating the impact of their outcomes in the final result.
