THE ROLE For our global Mature Customer Marketing team in Berlin, we are looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the lifecycle strategy for one these topics: merchandising, or partnerships & retail media. Our mission is simple: keep active customers active, and make sure they get the most out of their subscription — across our 6 brands, 18 countries and 30 markets. As a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll be a critical link between strategy and execution, partnering closely with CRM, Product Marketing, Physical Product, Tech and local marketing teams to design, brief and scale programs that keep our customers engaged with their subscription. Above all, we are looking for people who will make HelloFresh better. We believe there are many different ways of developing skills and we love diverse experiences! So even if you don’t “tick all the boxes” but think you’d thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you.
