This is a build-and-run opportunity. Reporting to the Director, M&A Finance Integration, you will be the day-to-day operator of the M&A Finance Integration program: you will scope and drive the finance integration plan for each deal, coordinate finance workstreams alongside Corporate Development, Legal, and People, and be the connective tissue between deal teams and the functions that execute. You will also own the end-to-end legal entity lifecycle (setup, migration, and wind-down) for acquired entities and newly formed subsidiaries, and turn what we learn from every deal and legal entity set…
