WHAT YOU'LL DO The Senior Marketing Manager will provide dedicated execution support for the commercialization of a key asset (encaleret), partnering closely with both the Associate Director, Patient Marketing and the Associate Director, HCP Marketing. This role blends tactical rigor with hands-on execution, translating patient and HCP brand strategy into high-quality marketing programs delivered on time and on budget. This person will be a critical connective thread across the patient and HCP marketing workstreams, working closely with cross functional partners in Market Insights, Market Access, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Sales, Legal and agency partners to keep integrated commercial plans moving. The ideal candidate is someone who has product launch experience and can absorb strategic direction from both Associate Directors and reliably turn it into finished, compliant, on-brand deliverables — comfortable structuring ambiguity and rolling up their sleeves to get things done. This position requires excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. The Marketing Manager will report to the Associate Director of Marketing. RESPONSIBILITIES Tactical Planning & Alignment * Serve as the day-to-day execution lead for patient and HCP marketing tactics, working in lockstep with both Associate Directors to keep launch plans on track * Translate brand strategy and messaging direction from the Patient and HCP Associate Directors into clear execution plans, briefs, and timelines * Manage the tactical plan calendar across both workstreams, ensuring dependencies are visible, conflicts are surfaced early, and deadlines are met * Work closely with agency partners to manage ongoing deliverables, track project status, and communicate timelines to all internal and external stakeholders Marketing Asset & Content Development * Support development of assets across both patient and HCP marketing, including patient education materials and programs as well as HCP-facing tools and sales aids across digital and print channels * Act as the primary execution lead for day-to-day tasks for HCP speaker bureau, congress support, patient webinars, email campaigns, core print collateral, and more * Support end-to-end execution by aligning stakeholders, coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring flawless delivery * For select projects, support the medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review process for promotional and non-promotional materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance * Collaborate on content adaptation for multiple audiences (patients, caregivers, physicians, and other HCPs), maintaining message consistency and scientific integrity * Maintain organized documentation of approved claims, messaging platforms, and material versioning for ongoing team reference Patient Ambassador Programming & Congress/Conference Support * Support execution of patient ambassador programming, coordinating logistics, content, and stakeholder alignment * Identify priority conferences and advocacy events and ensure conference-ready resources are prepared for field and team execution * Lead end-to-end marketing execution for select patient and HCP conferences/events, including logistics coordination, materials management, and cohesive on-site brand presence Measurement, Budgeting & Operational Excellence * Define and track KPIs tied to patient and HCP tactic objectives; compile dashboards and status updates for leadership * Manage budget tracking and vendor/agency coordination for assigned programs, flagging risks early and driving resolution * Coordinate with digital marketing to build out and maintain customer engagement channels (websites, email, CRM/Veeva content) for both audiences * Partner with commercial operations, sales, brand analytics, IT, and MCM to ensure smooth field and channel execution * Analyze performance data and field feedback to inform continuous improvement and process efficiencies as the brand scales toward and through launch WHERE YOU'LL WORK This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration 3x per week in our San Francisco or Palo Alto Office. WHO YOU ARE * 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or product marketing, ideally within biotech, pharma, or a related healthcare industry * Proven ability to balance strategic direction from senior stakeholders with hands-on, detail-oriented execution * Strong project management skills; experience coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams, timelines, and budgets * Experience managing the MLR/promotional review process * Launch experience in a competitive market * Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence without direct authority * Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and making decisions with incomplete information * Results-oriented, with emphasis on ROI and performance metrics * Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills; strong proficiency in PowerPoint and core business tools * Passionate about serving patients suffering from genetic diseases * Proven self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team, while keeping multiple stakeholders aligned * High level of self-awareness and understanding of the importance of self-monitoring behavior for continuous improvement * True entrepreneurial spirit – BridgeBio was built to do things differently and address the needs of underserved populations, driven by science and unrelenting passion for patients * Ability to travel (~20%) is required * You have demonstrated curiosity and adaptability in adopting AI-powered tools and technologies Preferred * MBA or other advanced degree * Healthcare advertising agency experience * Exposure to competitive intelligence, analytics, and market research/insights * Rare disease experience preferred #LI-LN1 At BridgeBio, we strive to provide a market-competitive total rewards package, including base pay, an annual performance bonus, company equity, and generous health benefits. Below is the anticipated salary range for candidates for this role who will work in California. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience within the industry, educational background, location of residence and performance during the interview process.
