A career at Aperia promises a great challenge, culture, and opportunities to forge your own path.  Core Responsibilities  * Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, Selenium, and other test automation tools.    * Conduct exploratory testing to identify and document software defects.    * Perform performance testing using JMeter to ensure the scalability and reliability of our applications.    * Test applications in both OnPrem environments and cloud-based platforms.    * Work with Azure DevOps to manage test cases, test plans, and CI/CD pipelines.   * Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver high-quality software products.    * Create detailed documentation and data-driven reports to communicate test results and insights.    * Understand and test microservices, micro frontends, APIs, and provide comprehensive test coverage.   Required Technical Skills  * Minimum 3 years of experience in QA automation and exploratory testing.    * Proficiency in Playwright/TypeScript, Selenium, JMeter, and other relevant testing tools.    * Experience with performance testing and analyzing performance metrics.    * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.    * Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.    * Strong understanding of testing microservices, micro frontends, and APIs.    * Excellent documentation and reporting skills with a data-driven approach.    * Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.    * Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.    * Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.    Things that separate you from the rest:   * Experience in the Fintech industry.    * Knowledge of other test automation frameworks and tools.    * Certifications in QA or related fields.   Education or Certifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.   Job Type * Full-Time Schedule * Monday to Friday Work Location (Hybrid) * The Six8 Building: 24-26 Phan Dinh Giot, 2 Ward, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.  Benefits  * Competitive Salary Package – Enjoy a rewarding income from day one. * Security from the Start – Full salary during probation plus complete social insurance coverage. * Premium Health Insurance – Comprehensive protection for you and your loved one (spouse/children). * Family-Friendly Benefits – Monthly childcare support to make parenting easier. * Generous Leave Policies – 15 days annual leave, 6 weeks paternity leave, and 10 days bereavement leave. * Active Lifestyle – Join our vibrant clubs: Football, Billiards, Badminton, and E-sports...
