RESPONSIBILITIES * Design, develop, deploy, and maintain MuleSoft integration solutions. * Build reusable APIs and integration frameworks aligned with MuleSoft best practices. * Design and implement enterprise integration architectures. * Integrate Salesforce with internal and external business systems. * Develop RESTful and SOAP-based APIs and services. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and performance issues. * Lead technical solution design sessions and architecture reviews. * Establish integration standards, governance, and development frameworks. * Collaborate with internal teams to define and deliver integration requirements. * Mentor and train developers and administrators on MuleSoft capabilities and best practices. * Produce technical documentation, integration specifications, and support guides. * Ensure all integration solutions are secure, reliable, scalable, and maintainable. * Participate in Agile planning, ceremonies, and delivery activities. * Identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, and integration processes.
