RESPONSIBILITIES * Support the daily operations of Binance Wallet products and initiatives * Design and execute growth strategies across user acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion * Manage operational projects end to end, from planning and coordination to execution, monitoring, and post-launch review * Organize marketing and community campaigns to optimize user growth and engagement * Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, and marketing to ensure timely and effective delivery * Track key product and growth metrics, and provide regular data analysis and insights * Collect user feedback and market intelligence to support product and operational improvements * Mentor and support junior team members in daily work, project execution, and operational thinking * Support feature launches, operational campaigns, and other strategic initiatives REQUIREMENTS * Relevant experience in operations, growth, product operations, or related functions * Proven ability to manage projects end to end with strong ownership and execution skills * Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills * Data-driven mindset with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities * Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment * Strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and Web3
