Main Objectives and Activities Oracle GoldenGate Administration: * Install, configure, administer, and maintain Oracle GoldenGate (Classic and Microservices Architecture). * Manage change data capture (CDC), Extract, Data Pump, Replicat, and Parallel Replicat processes. * Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve GoldenGate lag, ABENDs (abnormal ends), data conflicts, and process failures. * Implement performance tuning and parallel replication strategies to maximize throughput efficiency. * Design and implement high-availability and fault-tolerant replication architectures Oracle Database Administration: * Perform routine DBA tasks including backup/recovery, performance tuning, and security management. * Manage Oracle RAC, ASM, and Data Guard environments. * Troubleshoot database and server issues with a hands-on approach to ensure system stability and performance * Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure database scalability, security, and availability * Monitor database health, performance, and resource utilization using tools like OEM * Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and command-line operations * Design and implement disaster recovery strategies for Oracle databases * Develop and maintain DR documentation, including recovery procedures and failover plans * Conduct regular recovery testing to validate recovery time objectives (RTO) and recovery point objectives (RPO) * Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure end-to-end DR readiness * Configure and manage Oracle Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliance for secure, real-time backup and recovery * Integrate ZDLRA with Oracle databases to ensure zero-data-loss protection   * Administer and optimize Oracle Exadata environments for performance and reliability * Perform patching, upgrades, and configuration tuning specific to Exadata architecture       Experience and Skills Required * Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field                    * Having a minimum of 2 years of working Experience with Oracle Golden Gate in a production environment and MAA architecture. * Having 5 to 7 Years of overall working Experience as a Database Administrator * Having working experience with Oracle Database on Oracle Exadata and ZDLRA would be a plus * Good command of English * Able to travel to Cambodia for business trips when required What you will get from ATBB * 14 days’ vacation in the first year * Health insurance for staff & families * Life insurance  * Dental fee for staff & families * Provident fund * Monetary Assistance (Childbirth, Funeral, Basket Visit) * Annual Party * Monthly Activities- Staff Birthday & Company Activities * Annual Health Check * Multinational company with flexible working hours, but a professional company culture * Hybrid work-from-home policy
