PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER – STRATEGIC & GROWTH ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a commercially driven Partnerships Manager to build and activate strategic partnerships that generate net-new business pipeline and help win high-value enterprise customers. The role will focus on creating opportunities through partners, developing partner champions, supporting enterprise deals and competitor displacement, and turning the partner ecosystem into a meaningful growth channel. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Solutions Consulting, and Product teams. You will not own the sales close; your role is to create the relationships, introductions, influence, and opportunities that help Sales win. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Identify and develop strategic partners capable of generating net-new leads and qualified opportunities. * Build relationships with technology companies, agencies, consultancies, platforms, and other ecosystem partners with access to target customers. * Develop partner-led strategies to access and influence enterprise and strategic accounts. * Build strong partner champions who can introduce, recommend, and advocate for our platform. * Identify and develop competitor displacement / competitor-steal opportunities through the partner ecosystem. * Partner with Sales to map relationships and introductions into strategic accounts and active opportunities. * Create joint initiatives such as referrals, events, campaigns, content, and account-based activities that generate pipeline. * Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partners, ensuring partnerships deliver measurable commercial value. * Share market, customer, and competitive intelligence to help improve our sales strategy and positioning. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Success will be measured by commercial impact, including: * Net-new leads and qualified opportunities sourced through partners. * Enterprise pipeline and ACV influenced by partnerships. * Competitor displacement opportunities generated. * Strategic account introductions and partner-influenced opportunities. * Partner-sourced and partner-influenced wins. * Number and quality of active partner champions. * Growth and productivity of priority partnerships. The goal is not to have the most partners but it is to have the right partners generating meaningful business impact. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, technology partnerships, business development, or channel sales. * Proven ability to build partnerships that generate new business and pipeline. * Strong understanding of enterprise sales and complex stakeholder environments. * Excellent relationship-building, networking, influencing, and communication skills. * Strong commercial mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes. * Ability to work closely with Sales and influence opportunities without owning the sales close. * Proactive, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to build new partnership motions from the ground up. * Experience in mobile advertising, adtech, martech, gaming, fintech, SaaS, or related technology ecosystems is a strong advantage.   More details about our company culture and perks can be found on our career page.
