WHAT YOU'LL DO: * Own and develop a portfolio of affiliate partners across international markets, acting as their main point of contact. * Build trusted, long-term relationships and understand what each partner needs to grow successfully with Capital.com. * Identify, evaluate, and approach new partners that fit our commercial and market priorities. * Lead partnership projects end to end—from research and initial outreach through negotiation, onboarding, launch, performance review, and next steps. * Review partner performance, identify opportunities or issues, and turn data into clear actions. * Coordinate launches and partner initiatives with Compliance, Analytics, CRM, Product, Finance, and Marketing teams. * Leverage advanced AI tools and automation to boost productivity across partner research, communication, reporting, and day-to-day workflows. * Ensure partner activity meets Capital.com's regulatory, commercial, and brand standards. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Essential: * 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or business partnerships. * Experience in fintech, online trading, financial services, or another regulated industry. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work directly with external partners. * A high level of ownership, accountability, and motivation to deliver results. * Demonstrated ability to organise and lead projects from start to finish. * A commercial mindset and the ability to use data to make practical decisions. * A proactive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to manage several priorities at the same time. * Professional written and spoken English. * Practical experience using advanced AI tools to improve productivity, research, communication, and decision-making.  Nice to have: * A degree, qualification, or professional certification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. * Familiarity with affiliate platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, or digital marketing channels.
