🚀 ABOUT THE ROLE 📍 Fixed-term contract OR freelance contract (9 months)  As a Senior People Operations, you'll be a core member of the People Operations team, responsible for keeping our People function running smoothly. You'll work at the crossroads of HR administration, payroll, systems, and data — ensuring our processes are compliant, efficient, and built to scale. You're someone who questions the status quo, anticipates issues before they arise, and always looks for a better way. YOUR MISSION: Keep People Ops running seamlessly — from a new hire's first day to their last, from monthly payroll to year-end reporting. You'll manage our HR tools, own our data, and be the trusted go-to for employees on all administrative matters. WHAT YOU'LL OWN: HR Administration & Payroll * Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes (DPAE, medical check-ups, stakeholder coordination, and more) * Maintain accurate employee records, employment contracts, and amendments * Handle all employee administrative documents throughout the lifecycle * Manage visa applications and related administrative authorizations * Oversee the administrative management of EoR employees * Track and update leave balances, and manage absence-related topics * Be the first point of contact for employee administrative requests * Participate on daily payroll activities HR Projects * Contribute to cross-functional People projects and key annual cycles (salary review, talent review, etc.) * Maintain and improve process documentation and the People knowledge base * Proactively identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization of our processes * Support the implementation of new tools and vendors HR Systems & People Data * Maintain and evolve our core HR tools (Lattice, Lucca) * Own quarterly HR reporting and analysis, and translate insights into actionable plans * Share People data and reports with key stakeholders (Internal Control, RevOps, etc.) * Handle mandatory annual reporting obligations (INSEE, Égalité Pro Index, BDESE, CSSCT, etc.) * Serve as the main point of contact with the Data team for our Looker dashboard 🌟 ABOUT YOU WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: * 7+ years of experience in People Operations * Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation * Experience with HR data and analytics is a plus * You challenge the status quo and bring fresh, pragmatic thinking * You are fluent in both french and english * A confident communicator, at ease working across different teams and seniority levels * Data-driven mindset with strong project management skills 🤝 ABOUT THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS  * Interview with our Talent Acquisition Manager (30 min) * Interview with Limthary, Head of People Ops (45 min) * Interview with Vincent, Chief People Officer (30 min) * Team fit (30 min)   Diversity & Inclusion At Alma, we're committed to fostering an environment where diversity and inclusion are at the heart of our values.
