Talk directly and continuously with the field, government customers, and internal stakeholders to surface requirements. * Create and present the business case for investing in (or deferring) specific capabilities based on objective criteria. * Close parity gaps. Identify where government-required capability already exists but isn't enabled or documented, and drive the fastest path to closing that gap. * Use AI agents to automate compliance checks and provide field information.
