Senior Product Manager JOB REQUIREMENTS Experience Range: With at least 8 to 12 years of experience in product management, including substantial leadership of enterprise-level product initiatives Key Responsibilities: * Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and evolving market demands * Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize value delivery, balancing business goals and technical feasibility * Translate business requirements into actionable features and enhancements through detailed product blueprints * Lead cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization * Engage stakeholders to gather feedback and build consensus among executive leadership, engineering, and business units * Analyze business processes at the program and enterprise level to identify opportunities for innovation and operational improvement * Monitor product performance using key metrics, iterating based on data-driven insights to achieve measurable outcomes * Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and maintain product differentiation Required Skills: * Advanced proficiency in managing product backlogs using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps * Expertise in designing product blueprints and translating business requirements into technical specifications * Experience with business process modeling at program and enterprise levels * Skill in developing and executing product roadmaps and strategic vision * Ability to perform market research and competitive analysis using industry-standard methods * Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies for product development * Familiarity with metrics-driven product performance monitoring and optimization * Competence in user story mapping and requirements gathering * Knowledge of enterprise software development lifecycle and architecture Preferred Skills: * Experience with SaaS product management in large-scale environments * Familiarity with customer journey mapping and UX design principles * Hands-on expertise in data analytics platforms for product insights * Knowledge of Lean Product Management frameworks * Experience with API design and integration strategies * Exposure to change management practices in enterprise settings Desired Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline * Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile product management certification * Certification in Product Management from a recognized institution such as Pragmatic Institute or AIPMM
